Rent Magnolia Street for Your Next Event!

 

We’re excited to announce that Magnolia Street is now available on select days for rental. That means you can enjoy a cool vibe for your upcoming birthday celebration, baby shower or engagement party. In addition, it is the perfect spot for chefs and other culinary professionals to host a one-time or reoccurring pop-up.

 

RATES

Please see the rental fees below. Upon receipt of your inquiry form, someone from our team will reach out to set up a time to discuss your event and event needs.

 

In addition to the rates below, an insurance certificate of liability is required for all pop-ups.

 

Standing capacity – 75 people

 

Seating capacity –  46 people

           

$175 per hour, 5-hour minimum that includes setup and breakdown. Additional hours are extra at the rental rate.

 

$250 non-refundable deposit

 

$250 non-refundable security and damage deposit

Additional services:

 

1. Catering – With the exception of pop-up and food-focused industry events, all celebratory events (birthday, anniversaries, birthday parties, etc.) must be catered by Magnolia Street. No outside food allowed.  Catering fee is in addition to the venue rental fee.

 

2. Furniture and accessorial rentals – Have a certain theme for your event?  We can help bring it together with a little planning.  Planning services are additional.

 

3. Parking in our partner lots for you and your guests is available upon request.  Parking and valet fees do apply.
